2. Refund Eligibility
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans under the following conditions:
- The refund request is made within 7 days of the original purchase date.
- You provide a valid reason for dissatisfaction or technical issue.
- You have not used the software excessively or in a way that violates our Terms of Use or EULA.
Please note:
- Refunds are not available for subscription renewals.
- Refunds may not apply to enterprise licenses or custom plans, unless agreed otherwise.

4. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Uzzu PDF account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
- Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
- You will retain access to all premium features until your subscription expires.
- We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused time.
5. Failed or Duplicate Charges
If you believe you were incorrectly charged or billed multiple times, please contact us immediately at support@uzzupdf.com. We will investigate and issue a refund if appropriate.
